Welcome. By accessing or using our services through our Billing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
neimax provides hosting and related digital services. The scope, features, and pricing of each service are described on our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Services are automatically renewed unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
You may cancel your services at any time through the client area.
Important: In the case of cancellation of a service without an active contract, a penalty fee of €5.00 per service will be applied.
Cancellation requests must be submitted with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the service renewal date.
If a cancellation request is made with less than 7 days’ notice (for example, 3 days before the renewal date), the service will be suspended and the customer will be charged for the remaining notice period.
For instance, if 3 days remain before the service renewal, the service will be suspended and an invoice will be issued for the additional 4 days required to complete the 7-day notice period. The service will remain suspended until this invoice is settled.
If the invoice for the additional notice period is not paid within the required time, the service will be permanently cancelled and the user will no longer be allowed to use our services.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: distributing malware, phishing, spamming, unauthorized access attempts, or hosting illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of this policy.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We do not guarantee the availability of backups. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any data loss.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or uptime. Services may be subject to downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, particularly in cases of misuse, violation of laws, or breach of these terms.
Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the user will result in immediate suspension of all services. Users who initiate chargebacks will no longer be allowed to use our services in the future.
Upon service termination or account closure, all associated data may be permanently deleted without notice. Recovery of such data is not guaranteed and is solely at our discretion.
neimax shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
